Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn has very ambitious visions, and she perseveres in pursuing them. She enjoys designing by experimenting with different typography. She is also eager in learning how to do things on her own. One of her greatest strengths is communication, where she is clear and dynamic. One of the areas in which she can improve in is her confidence in her work as well as editing (which to her credit, she is doing very well for her age). Overall, it has been a joy working with her!

Lily

Lily is a very good designer and comes up with good ideas when it comes to developing video content. She is persistence in trying and rarely asks for help. One thing she does really well is teamwork, always willing to compromise with her collaborator and listen to her friends. One of thing she can improve in is learning how to edit, and leadership (she doesn’t always have to ask what other’s like). All in all, I enjoyed watching Lily grow I am excited to see what it would look like if she were to make her own video (as opposed to collaborating, maybe videos about her interest in fashion design)

camille

Camille is a great performer and video editor, she has developed a keen interest in making YouTube videos and has drastically improved in her both her communication and editing skills. It was great to see how she continued to make videos outside of class. One of the things she can improve in is listening to suggestions on how to make more engaging content. I have really enjoyed witnessing how she’s gone from having no clue how to do transitions, add text to video to a complete pro in video editing. Well done!

Liann

Liann is kind, patient and always willing to help others. She has developed a great interest in making a variety of videos. She is independent and only seeks help when she has exhausted all options. One of her strength is her technical skill in both gameplay and editing. She exhibits great leadership skills when the group collaborates. One things she can improve in is her communicating with confidence, being loud and clear and annunciating her words. Overall, I was really impressed by her voice and how kind she is to her peers!
