Shhh! It’s a surprise!
Happy Mother’s Day Mom!!!
Will is a talented artist, he makes beautiful combinations of colours and is not afraid to try. He rarely asks for help unless, he has made many attempts and could not achieve the goal, for example, threading the wire into the motor to create a complete circuit. He has excellent focus when engaged in a task and is often willing to help others. The areas in which he can improve in include: independent thinking, communication and taking initiative. The areas in which he shows great potential is creative problem solving (deemed one of the most important 21st century skills) and collaboration. Overall, it is an absolute pleasure working with Will.
Jack is an excellent communicator, he is curious and asks many thoughtful and relevant questions. He has strong artistic visions, but sometimes lack the motivation to complete the work he has started. He often asks for help before he tries and struggles to focus when doing the mundane but necessary parts of the projects. The areas in which he can improve in include: sharing, collaboration and persistence. The areas he shows potential is leadership whilst showing greater empathy. Overall, it is very exciting to see how Jack can continue to grow and take on more ambitious projects.
